If anyone knows the name of this longbow, I would appreciate knowing. It is a quality longbow, some r/d. It appears someone has refinished it, and some of the writing has been removed.

It could be a 7 Lakes, one of the bows ya finish yourself. If it is they are great shooters! Shawn
You might be correct, but the complex laminations in the riser does not indicate that to me.
I am thinking John McDonald, he did inlays like that, it's hard to tell from the photo,PM big river, he is a member here, he has worked on them

J.D. Berry?
I can ID that bow! It's mine!!!!
:bigsmyl: :bigsmyl:
As best as I can see on the screen, it is a pretty bow. Have no ideas though
I think it looks a little like a Fischer longbow, but it's been a while since I've seen one to compare it to, so I might be way off base.
Any other ideas of what this is?
My guess is JD Berry, too.
Could be a Berry. Are the limbs trappezoid on the belly. How bout a picture of the shelf side of riser and the bow full length unstrung to get a better look.
My first thought was JD Berry also.

I own two berry bows and thought the same. The tip just doesn't seem to have his quality
Riser design sure looks like a JD Berry, something along the lines of a Scorpion. The tips are not typical of JD's but I have seen them similar.
