I've got a bit of target panic and was wondering which of the series deals with this issue. Any other comments on the series

Disk 4 deals with this, by both Jay Kidwell and Joel Turner.  Joel has taken this further since MBB, and now has his own video on the subject.

I think Joel and Jay deal with it as well as can be done at this time. It's something that doesn't seem to completely ever go away, so you just have to keep fighting it.
