Here is a slow motion video of me shooting, I will be the first to say I'm not 100% happy with my release and I am working on it. Thanks for any input...

Sorry about the poor quality of the video, my 9 year old son helped me record it with a phone.

Here is the result of those shots at 20 yards

Be glad too, 2bird, but will be out of town all day today. Will respond tomorrow.

Good morning 2bird,
Sorry I couldn't respond yesterday, was teaching a Level 1 instructor class out of town.
Here is what I see, but you are right, we really need better video angles and lighting.
Your bow hand appears to be too deep into the bow grip but again, the shadows make it hard to really see.
Next, watch closely and critically your string arm elbow as you reach full draw. Can you see it moving forward and back several times as you set anchor? That is disconnecting you from your back. As you draw try to concentrate on that elbow moving back,UP and then back again. NEVER forward!
Because of the loss of back tension, your follow through is an after thought. You see the release THEN you consciously move the hand/arm back, rather than that movement being a RESULT of the release -- a natural action not "play acted."
Actually the third shot is pretty natural, but not the first 2.
Hope that helps a little.

Yes thank you, after I posed this I looked at one of your video on releasing then I watched one from jimmy Blackman about the string hand, between the 2 videos I realized how to get my back involved more. I will try to post a new video showing the new method I found, I think it has corrected my back tension issue. Thanks again.
