Just thought I share my weapons of choice to go from field dressing to freezer. Just finished up the bottom meat processing blade. It evolved from all the blades everyone tried at the Quebec Bear Quest. Very thin deep blade to slice and fillet out your favorite cut. Can you tell that I'm an osage nut :) Doc

tippit, outstanding work. I had the distinct pleasure of seeing Ole Doc shoot one of his self-made osage selfbows. Awesome! Jawge
Stunning as always.
Nice looking piece of osage in that bow too!
One thing better than shooting your own selfbow is to have Jawge present you with one of his self-made selfbows...very humbling indeed :notworthy: :notworthy: Doc
