Title: Peep sight for a recurve
Post by: sweet old bill on December 11, 2007, 05:59:00 AM
They tell me tht key to good shooting is having the same draw and head position for the shot. Can a  tru-peep 1/4  be used to ensure you do these two functions ?

i havent been at this very long , and for me it ensures that i dont miss by a mile, like i might otherwise.

Bill,

A kisser button might be an even better choice.  The advantage of a kisser button over a peep sight is you don't have to worry about water filling it up from dew, snow, ice, or rain.  You won't lose good shooting light, and it serves the same purpose.

It can be set up for the corner of the mouth, the tip of the nose, or whatever reference point you might be more comfortable with.  Just an idea.
