Just about 6 weeks from seeing all my buddies at the big shoot ! Food, vendors, all the shooting you can stand, camping, and campfire stories of partial truth ! I always cant wait !

I have not been practicing, bushes look out !  Had a nice long conversation with Ron Laclair our guest speaker on the phone the other day. I could talk to that guy all day ! This should be another great choice ! We have not bombed on a speaker yet.

I'm honored to be ask to be a speaker at the Ky Trad Fest this year. It sounds like a fun time, I'm looking forward to it.

Got the crew fired up ! They are planning a bunch of improvements for the march shoot, making it a workday.  Adjusting some trails, we have graveled a bunch where the big tent sets, getting campfire wood cut, and redoing the target butts. This is a great bunch to work with. There will be a tractor on site in case of mud, so dont worry about getting stuck if it does get muddy, you will be pulled out, free of charge . Expect an improved running boar, aireals, longshot, American Round, smoker round, and maybe an added novelty shoot. Last year also got us a new target, a large standing stag ! To add to the other nice big targets.
