Well..... several months ago I had pretty much given up on archery. A few years back I had pulled the muscle from the bone my right forearm. No way I could comfortably shoot a Hill style longbow.... and recurve was almost as painful.... and extended shooting sessions were out of the question. Over the last few months I have had a project using alot of screw pipe(im a pipefitter by trade) and have used that job as a way of
strengthening that arm some. When it started to hurt I used my left more but kept working it in anything Ive been doing. Did some good for both arms... Ive put an inch on both biceps and my right arm is back close to where it used to be . Looks like my 44 obsession with traditional archery isnt dead yet and neither am I :pray:
