Title: Ordering Instinctive Archer

Hey guys...how does one order the cd of all the instinctive archer magazines?  I went to the link on the sponsor page and didn't find a place where you could order it.  I kinda remember guys ordering this for a reasonable fee some time ago.  Any help is appreciated.  Seems like it was a great magazine.  Will it ever make a come back?
