I shoot a Bear TD recurve most of the time and love them but here is the deal. I'm going to be starting a YouTube channel and will be doing my adventure hunts on a enduro motorcycle. And might be getting another bow , the deal is it will be in a big dry bag strapped to the bike and the bag will be filled with other gear also. So thinking about a TD longbow or a TD metal riser recurve with foam core limbs. Will need to be in the smallest of hard cases as not to twist limbs and if and when I crash it will be protected, and I'm worried about the heat in the bag also. Right now it is over 100 degrees everyday here and inside the dry bag gets very very hot. Any thoughts on a super tough bow that is up to the heat or am I just overthinking it. Trips will be from my usual local stuff and also very far away like anywhere in the U.S. and beyond all on the bike. The old Bear might be just fine and did fine on a recent trip like I said I might just be worried about nothing. Give me your thoughts please....

Never shot a Bodnik (Bearpaw)bow but they have a Youtube video of their bows being tested for heat. They have take down recurves that might suit your purpose. Their bows have a 30 year transferable warranty.

Ive done adventure hunts on my BMW with a "68 1 piece longbow in a flyrod tube attached to the bike with straps. I rode 6 hours to get to this spot, with no issues. It can be done.

Yea it's some kind of hot here in central Tx right now. About to load out and go on an over night hog hunt now. Was thinking a good 3-piece longbow would fit better in a small hard case and be less prone to limb twist. And wanting to keep everything as small and compact as possible also. Someone had told me the foam-core limbs are not affected by heat as much.
I will get on my bike and leave for a month on a hunting trip with all my gear strapped on it. I'm doing hunts now with my trusty Bear TD , was just worried about my limbs.

I don't think it's the core material to worry about, but the glue.
The makers of EA40 (smooth on) have a recommendation for curing a bow after it's been baked. The following is from their website.
"To Attain Maximum Heat Distortion Temperature - let cure for 24 hours at room temperature, heat cure for 2 hours at 250°F (122°C)."
Most bowyers do not cure their bows this way. Most cure in an oven at 150 to 180 f for five to eight hours. If you had a bowyer build a bow and cured it this way you would have a better heat resistance.
Some other thoughts; the color of the bow container will have an effect on the heat build up. A white container would be best. Also, the danger is when the bow is sitting still in the sun. If the container is exposed to the air as you move down the road, it will be cooled by moving air and would not be reaching the high temps.
A black car sitting in the sun will get very hot on the surface as well as inside. When you drive it for a while the air moving over the surface cools it down to close to ambient temperature.

If you take the bow down and store it in a case stuck inside another bag I really doubt that it would ever get very hot.
Put some of your cloths around it and go.

Another idea would be a short piece of PVC for the limbs....

Sounds like a 2 piece TD LB would be hard to beat for your situation. That is what I prefer for pack in trips. No tools, no stringer and fits in a short pvc pipe for protection when you wreck.
