I know there've been many "shout-outs" to Curt over the years, but I'm finally in a position where I was able to browse his site in pursuit of some limb veneers for an upcoming bow build. I was amazed at the quality products he has - some unbelievable stuff! And when I missed an opportunity on some veneers that I liked, Curt went above and beyond to find me some that are going to be amazing on my upcoming Elkheart.
Thinking I'll be buying some knife handle material from him in the near future as well. Probably not telling anyone anything new, but great guy and great products!

Best of the best,ah.

My first stop, and usually last, when looking for veneers. And a great guy to boot.

Two of the top choices you could make ! Veneers from Curt and having Greg build the Bow. Post some pics when your build is finished. It will be awesome!

Simply the best veneers around in my opinion. Here's a set of chocolate mango veneers that Dan Toelke is putting on a t/d Pika for me.

Great people in the traditional community - Curt is a shining example as is Mr. Coffey! On the hunt now for some extraordinary riser wood - thinking ziricote or macassar ebony... I'm still a few months out from the build, but will definitely post some pics! Just wanted to recognize some awesome talent out there!

Thanks very much for the kind words!
I truly enjoy helping customers get the wood to make their dream bows.
For those interested I just posted up a bunch of new veneer sets.
The spalted Mango has been aged in log form for the last 8 months to bring out the best figure and splating,it's amazing!

Pat,
I know your bows are used but they are some of the nicest looking I have seen. Real nice collection. Curt's sight always seems stocked with good wood.

Thanks Aaron. Obviously, the way a bow shoots for you is the most important thing. I wouldn't have a bow that I wouldn't take hunting, no matter how pretty. But if you have sorted out the model, length and poundages that work for you, it sure is nice to have a bow that makes your jaw drop. Curt's veneers and riser blocks are tough to beat in that regard.
