Well, I finally got around to building some limb bolts for my Widow...I found some oddly shaped smaller Elk burrs and found that they matched the contours of my site window and my lower limb quite nicely...took a little figgerin' and cypherin' but was able to get them to tighten up in just the right spots
Please excuse my pictures.....I need to get some pics outside but the wind is blowing over 40mph up here right now...

Great job Danny and a beauty of a bow.
They look great! The bow does too. I like that wood combo.
that may be the most esthetically beautiful widow I have ever seen. and I own eight of them myself. did you order it that way?? if it was lighter I'd have to try and talk you out of it. it's gorgeous....WOW!!!!!
Widowman
That was my bow, recently sold to Danny. I told the Roger and Toby what woods, no phenolic ( like the older SA's) no red etc.
The rest is all Toby . I have been buying Widows since 1994 , those guy do a great job.

I thought the same thing when Stan (Blueridge) posted this bow for sale....I was planning on pulling the trigger and ordering a 60th Anniversary SAX when he put this one on the classifieds...
I absolutely LOVE this bow and I can't imagine changing anything about it!! Thanks for the compliment and thanks to Stan for letting it go!!
I'm sure it will be well taken care of Danny.
Blueridge... likewise I have been buying widow since mid 90s. I have a 60" hand rubbed sa111 ordered in 97 @49# I don't shoot it much any more buy still don't see me selling it. It also has a white tail painted in sight window. beautiful bow. Danny's bow is right up there with the best.
Thanks Stan and Dale!
Wow. Those look amazing!
