First of all, the fine gentleman of The Push Podcast need no help finding great people to interview in the traditional archery realm. Matt & Tim are doing a great job! I thought it would be fun, however, to see what everyone would say to this question. So, who would you like to see interviewed?
I'll begin with my choices. In no particular order: T.J. Conrads, Ron LaClair and Fred Eichler.
Monty Browning
Ted nugent
Byron Ferguson
Great choices, guys!
Asbell
Charlie Lamb, Fred Eichler, Asbell, Wensel bros?
Barry and Gene.

LEGENDS!
Jared Sheffler from whitetail adrenaline.
G. Fred Asbell
Grizzly Jim from the Archery Adventures channel on YouTube.
David Peterson
Great ideas!
I like most of the ones already mentioned, and would add Rick Welch to the list. He's a really good guy and he cracks me up.
Robert Carter, aka our own RC. The Swamp Slayer if there ever was one. A humble man of God and a hunter's hunter if there ever was one.
Man, I would love to listen to TJ, G. Fred and the Wensels! What a great bunch of suggestions.
I'd add Don Thomas as well. What a fine list!
Too bad Fred Bear isn't with us anymore.
-Jeremy :coffee:
Yeah... if he would do it, RC. Folks like him do something right.... often. and.... he is a right nice guy on top of it.

Don Thomas is a great idea. Love the idea of RC too!
All are great suggestions!
Especially RC. Been following him here on TG for many years, and would love to hear some of his stories!
chris <><
This is a little different but I would like to see/hear about the great bowyers we have all over the World.
Ted Nugent
Mike mitten
Another I'd like to hear from would be Dennis Dunn.
Hello everyone!
Your suggestions line up well with our list of guests.
There are however, some that were not on our list.
Thanks for the suggestion (feverishly writing as I'm typing ;) )
We are humbled by the listener response everyone. Thanks so much for the support. You all are the greatest!
I also thought about Jimmy Blackmon (sp?). I'll second Mr. Mitten as well.
Jeremy :coffee:
I can't believe no one has said "Bisch" yet!
I think an episode dedicated to one or more consistently successful TradGang members would be great.
Kevin Dill
Cacciatore
Danny Rowan
What about Bill Langer? I second Jimmy Blackmon as well. What a great guy and archer. Of course the Wensel's are obvious. We all love those guys. Maybe Byron Ferguson ??
Sterling and Kista Holbrooks some true salt of the earth folks. Have written several stories for the Traditional magazines.
What I think would be really cool is for the guys to put a bunch of these podcasts on CDs and sell them or even put them up on the St Judes auction. Im sure there is a way for us to record them but for some of us tec not so savy guys...it would be great to have a cd to pop in the truck player. I bet they would raise some good money for the kids.
Second RC also a great read anytime he post. Sorta like everyone listens when "E.F. Hutton speaks".
Mike Treadaway. Roy Hall. Roger Fulton. Mark "Pappy" Bagget. Bob Mayo.
There was also a guy that did write up on solo Caribou hunting with his longbow in the interior of Alaska, Id love to hear some more stories from him. I can't remember his name but i know he is a member here and hopefully someone will recognize it.

Great idea
Jeff Kavanagh would be cool
I second Jeffer! I think it would be cool to do a short series on specific hunts. Just have people tell their hunting stories. You could pull from any of the 2017 highlights.
I am all for the "famous" trad guys being interviewed, but I also love hearing the stories from guys just like me talking about their experiences hunting. You know. campfire style.
Msturm
Curtis Keller
Alan Altizer
Marv Clyncke.
Anthony Camera
Scott Antczak
Don Thomas, Jeff Kavanaugh, Jared Scheffler, DeWayne Martin, Daniel Liss, John Demmer, Ron Rohrbaugh, Darryl Quidort, the Wensels, Scott Antzcak, should I go on?
Ok I will, Jason Wesbrok
Jeff Kavanagh, John Schulz, Fred Anderson to name but a few...
I also really like Tim Wells, but I am guessing he is not to everyone's taste..
Alex
Bobby Worthington...4X Trad World Champion...One of the few select elite deer hunters in the nation
Jimmy Blackmon...1X Trad World Champion...most successful deer hunter...a major contributor to traditional community
Bill Dunn of Zipper and Grizzly Broadheads. Bill had always come across as well spoken, thoughtful, and a hardcore hunter. Taking on two companies like Zipper and Grizzly, both with HUGE followings is a heavy task. Bill not only has excelled at it, but make the products better, and brought new products to market quickly.
He's always been an idol of mine...
Jim Hamm
Fred Eichler
Big Jim
Byron Ferguson
Dewayne Martin
Ed Holcomb from Holcomb bows... This guy has been making bows forever and is a WEALTH of knowledge...
I have his number if interested..
I'll second Jason Westbrock, and add Eric Krewson.
Here's just a few Dick Robertson, Dr Don Thomas, Mike Yancey, Bryan Burkhardt, Monty Brown, T.j Conrads,Curt Cabrera, Mark Baker, Charles T. Lamb.
Some of the Bowyers who have been at it for a very longtime and were their when Traditional Archery was 1st making its initial Resurgance.Which I would say was when Traditional Bowhunter Magazine 1st hit the newsstands. The publishers and writers of that magazine would be deserving of a lot of attention as well IMO
Bowyers like J.D Berry,Fred Anderson and many others.
Roger Rothhar as well! I can't believe he hasn't been mentioned.
Dick Robertson
Dale Dye
Wensels, Mike Mitten, Montey Browning.
Bowyer Dave Johnson of Oklahoma. In his 80s and still making great ASLs.
Steve Gore, Larry D. Jones, Fred Anderson.
Jim Neaves

Greg Munther ,Dick Robertson ,Kevin Dill and Ron French in Or.More on hunt strategies.
Great work so far
Tim
I would like to hear some podcasts with bowyers that are pushing the envelope on the performance of a "trad" bow. (ie. Sid from Border, Mike from Dryad)
Huntryx, also you could try BluBerry.
I believe that is compatible with blackberry.
I think we are on that podcast syndicate.
Thanks everyone for tuning in!!! A lot of great episodes coming your way!!!
I would like to hear Roger Rothhaar and or
Barry & Gene Wensel
Black WOLF 68" 57#----------
TALL TINES 60"52#----------
TALL TINES 60"45#----------
BIG JIM!!
How about Tim Miegs?... I bet he has some stories to tell about the old timers and his bow making experiences...
ALex
Scott Sanders
Tune in this weekend starting tonight!!! Truck is packed, arrows at the ready, the Push turkey hunt in Ohio has arrived!
We will be launching nightly "shorts" to give an update of our hunt as it progresses starting this evening as well as tackling some great listener submitted questions..
Wait until you see the guest list that's lined up for next week.... wowza!!!! We are gonna be busy!! And boy the hardest part is going to be waiting to launch some of these episodes!!!
 :campfire:
The Wensel boys.
Never watched one and likely too old to start.
A couple of kids cured at St. Judes representing the donations made by most of the "Gang" here.

Podcasts are audio files, and sometimes audio and video files combined, that you can download on your phone or computer to listen to. You can find podcasts on iTunes and also on YouTube as well as other places.
Would you be able yo interview a noobie? I think if would be interesting if the show touched base every so often with someone new to traditional archery and document their highs and lows in their journey.
It would give perspective and set realistic expectations and goals for others entering this sport.
Being about a month in myself I would have to travel a ways to even shoot trad with someone else, let alone compare thoughts and ideas about trad shooting.
I would love to hear about the roller coaster of events so I could compare them to my own.
Jeremy

Thanks. I guess if that is what they are I'd like to hear one with Mr. Ron Laclair. There are a bunch of great names already listed, but that is who I'd want to hear most.
