I use bohning lacquers but their orange isn't that bright.  If your looking for something to dip you might want to check out true north. Or for a flouresent orange use a bright spray paint. Do a white dip first. That's what I do when I want a color they don't make in a dipping paint

Rustoleum enamel spray paint, two coats, 24 hours between coats since its enamel paint. It's not so messy too. And you have a lot of colors to choose from.

Tried it all over the years. Regular Boning dipping lacquer works best once you figure it out and mess up a few. It's got a strong smell the first time or two you use it. Then after t's been open a few times either you get used to it or smells less. I just dipped three. It took seconds and looks great. Use white under any colors.

Do a white dip and then use createx fluoro orange over the white. I'll try to find the pictures. They look great

I got to say Bohning has been the best dipbto work with and the most durable

As for the brightest Bohning all day long
Coat of white as a primer and useing ther orange or the  Saturn Orange is as brite as anyone's out there

Nothing better in my opinion
