Whatever happened to inexpensive blemished shafts?

2 words - Big Jim.  Makes you wonder how he does it, after looking at other places.  Made me buy my first carbons to learn with.  Other places don't even come close, as far as I have found.

I believe the ones 3R is advertising are the GT classics which are quite a bit different than the normal GT trads. Therefore, the price is about $30 per dozen more for both regular and blemished versions. I agree though, I get my regular cheaper ones from the Big Guy!

Seems like 500 (35/55) are always first to go....

Big Jim is the reason that the "blem" has grown into such a popular shaft.  If I were going to buy some I'd definitely get them from Jim.
