Sounds like the error may actually end up being a gift.

I talked to Jim about it yesterday. It is a triple carbon elite with an all-dark-matter riser.

Somebody is going to get a heck of a bow without the 14 month wait.

Maybe me.

Am a dedicated fan to the approximate 5 1/2 oz physical wt increase due to employment of Dark Matter. Have personally welcomed the readily discernable stability enhancement, yet the bow is still quite light.

I have owned a few of Jim's bows, but never one with Dark Matter. Hopefully I will get to shoot one sometime    :archer2:

The dark matter lends a slightly different feel to the bow. The sensation is that the bow stays more still at the shot. That seems to increase accuracy and make the bow feel more solid without adding very much weight. It is as if the bow has a built-in stabilizer.

Once you shoot a Centaur with dark matter you will understand why it is an advantage. The feel of the shot is improved by moving the mass weight more into the bow hand.
