Looking to try some Easton Axis this season. With the small diameter is 4 fletch still possible?
Thanks

Yes...no problem. You can even 4 fletch the micro diameter shafts like Victory VAP and others without issue.
Do it all the time: even old school 60 x 120 Rothhaar style.
Yes you can,I fletched some of my Axis FMJ with 4-4" at 90.They worked out great and flew great and looked good!
Just done a dozen axis 600 ,did one 90 and one 75-105. The 75-105 flew best for me ,so I done the rest that way. Good luck!
Steve O showed me the light. :)
Here are my FMJ with 4 fletch. 300 grain field point on the yellow one, and 300 grain Tuffhead on the red one (shot at 20 yards yesterday...

The shadows from the arrows above are woods that I'm trying to tune with different brand broadheads.
Wonderful! Thanks all!!

Wow! Those are small feathers!
I was going to go with 4 x 4".

Yeah, they are small. With having a LOT of FOC weight, and being well tuned, there isn't much need for feathers. I cut these at 1-7/8" from full height feathers and then I used a high back banana chopper to make them. If memory serves me right, these are about 24% FOC.

Mike, I have played around a little with small feathers, however I love watching the big feather fly.
U taking those to Alaska?
