I'm becoming interested in making endless loop strings. Have any of you made your own string jig? Pics would be great!

I think Rob did a tutorial on this. I think that's where I got the plan for mine. After making the jig and some strings, I came to the conclusion that I like Flemish twist strings better. Where are you in Illinois? Maybe I can save you the trouble of making a jig. Mine just gathers dust. You are welcome to it if you are close enough to Bellevue, IA, that we could meet up in between somewhere sometime when I'm at my cabin. Shoot me a pm if you're interested.

There is a fella selling a jig that you fasten to a 2x4, or even a table, that I'm sure works quite well.  Can probably find it by searching the net.  Built my own many years ago, but sold it.
