I believe it's a take down, the weight will be on the butt of the "male" limb.  According to my 59/60 Pearson catalog (the first year it' listed), they are rated at a 26" draw.  The limbs are fiberglass.

It's a 1 piece, It looks like it was molded, and the rubber grip was molded around the bow.
Is the any value?

It's as solid fiberglass package bow, that have been sold in Hardware, General, Sports & Box Stores, for years. They usually came with a few arrows, arm guard, glove or tab, cheap quiver, and a target. If you had it in its original unopened package, it would have collector value...
That being said... They are virtually BOMB PROOF!!!!!  Years ago, my Dad ran over mine with a tractor... I shot it for several years after that!!!
They are good for kids, bow fishing, and just plain knocking around fun! As for the weight? Idk, all I can suggest it scale it.

I have a 45 pound one, awesome bow with a FF string, I like to shoot mine with a string 3" shorter like a longbow rather than 4" shorter like a curve.
