I live in Chesterfield County Va and got up this morning and check temp and it is 18 degrees. Havent shot my bow in about two weeks due to work. Grabbing a cup of coffee then going to sling some arrows. I love shooting while its cold. Crazy I guess...lol. Just saying hello to all on tradgang, I look forward every day to reading this site such great people on here. Whats temps in your neck of the woods this fine morning??? God bless you all have a great day....

13 here in Branchville, NJ. Overall, been fairly warm so far this winter. Very little snow to boot. Waiting for the longbeards to start sounding off. Shouldn't be too long now.
13° in Dayton, Oh right now! I'm sure it's a lot colder up north!
Hey Crowder I'm just south of of you in jarratt. You ever shoot at the Dixie Bowmen shoots in Prince George?
mec lineman....I sure do, I'm a current member. Ive been a member off and on since I was 16.
It's gonna be in the mid 70s the next two weeks here in Louisiana. Sure wish I lived somewhere that had an actual winter.
That's great, yall have a nice course. Hoping to make some shoots soon.
32°F where I live in Norway. Quite pleasant for this time of the year.
33 in myrtle beach, NOT why I moved here, lol
I'm heading to Dixie now to check on range and do some bale work... Out Next shoot is Feb 18th come on out.
I have a lighter set of limbs just for cold weather hunting. Sitting for hours motionless and then trying to pull back 55-65 pounds never works that well for me. I have a 48# set that fixes this perfectly.
Heading out for coyotes in a few minutes.......
It's 12 F here and I'm not sticking my nose out the door until it warms up.
I sure would like to move WAY south someday. Winter seems so long anymore and I've grown to hate the cold.
15 here in Pa right now. Will be 30 around 1PM. Probably head to the bow shop and fire up the wood burner... Only thing I like cold is my beer...
Yesterday it got up to almost 20 degrees here in NW PA. Today its already a toasty 15 degrees and supposed to be in the mid 20s! I like the cold, but if its gonna be cold I want it to stay that way. Freezing and thawing makes me want to move south and just stick with the heat. I must be getting old!
It's pretty dang cold here - 47*!
I sure wish it would warm up a bit!!!
Bisch
-12 day before yesterday its warmed all the way up to 4 degrees I'm sick of cold weather and snow .Were not liking this global warming its too cold ! I'm heading for south Texas in a couple of weeks it will be a nice break !!!!

45* here in south east Tx suppose to get to 60* today.I like it!
-6 yesterday and -4 today. Actually this month I'd be amazed if we don't have several days at -25 plus. I'm forced to shoot indoors.

Our world would come to an end with those temps!
-6 WHAAAAT :help:
A few years ago it stayed below 0 for 90 days lol. We don't get your hot summers. I remember being in the 1st Cav in the summer down there. Not fun.
Went out stumping this morning - 22 degrees in Westchester County, NY. A bit colder then I expected but it was nice to get out and shoot.
I think it was about 5 above zero this morning. Me and my buddy Knobby went to an indoor outdoor traditional only shoot down at the Sherwood Forest archery club. I think it warmed up into the mid 20's. They had a great turn out and lots of arrows were flying!
I shot a 15 target 3-d range outside in northern Illinois. I don't know the temps, but it was difficult to hold the cold riser. I had a great time and can't wait to get back out there.
Welcome, brother and I look forward to your contributions to this site. :campfire: :coffee:
I've been shooting each day all winter, from minus 35 Celsius, to minus ten or so. You lucky people, you.
I judge the number of arrows I will shoot, by how fast my little finger goes numb ;)
Its thirty degrees here and picking up the grandkids for a 3D shoot shortly.
Its been below 70 F the last few days! We are in the thick of winter in South Louisiana.
That is one of the reasons I have remained in the South.
