Title: fletching glue question
Post by: Mountain State Archer on January 28, 2017, 08:51:00 PM
Got a quick question on fletching glue.  I use Duco on woodies with a lacquer finish and paint base.  I use Fletch Tite on Carbon.  I've decided to crest some carbons with lacquer base paint and wondering which glue would be best (fletching over lacquer crests)?

Thanks
AJ

Fletch tite is lacquer based and worked well with lacquer crown/cresting paints.

Or Saunders NPV glue. Another would be Gorilla Super glue in bottle with blue cap.

I use fletch tite on all my arrows. It's the best compatible wise with my lacquer base.

I used fletch tite for 20 plus years.
Now I use super glue ( grizzly tools brand) havent found anything it won't stick to from carbons to woodies and bamboo..
