Might be getting a Widow and i'm wondering if a Fury string helped make the bow more quiet and gave it better performance. Thanks, Bob

I can't say whether or not it will quiet down a Widow as I have never shot one, but I can say that the Fury strings I've received from Ten Ring Strings certainly improved the performance of my bows. Once the brace height is set they do not creep.

FWIW, Denny Sturgis Jr. shoots BCY-X on his BW bows.

Bob, some guys are shooting fury from Allen and some are shooting the SBD strings with yarn wraps. I have a bow coming Monday and I was going to start experimenting myself.

I shoot an Assenhimer...Just had two stings made from SBD.w yarn wraps.. it's a ninja..... EXACTLY the correct size ordered..

Bob, I have had several widows with Allens fury strings. With the double cat whisker silencers he offers it has made mine really quiet. You won't be disappointed.

I shoot a PSAX with a ten ring fury string double cat whiskers and yarn wraps. It helped a lot.

I used SBD 8 strand and wool puffs and it improved all my widows over their stock string.
Never used Fury but want to try it.
