Title: 2016 Season
Post by: Shan on January 14, 2017, 07:25:00 PM
Was happy to get back from deployment in time for the 2016 deer season here in NC. As always, time in the woods was short and sweet bc of a high tempo work schedule but man how sweet that time in the woods is...

Doe from the gamelands. Saw a black bear here earlier in the season. Oct 10th

Spike taken on public land here in Sneads Ferry, NC. Oct 15

Managed to get out to MT to hunt elk with an old friend. No elk but had a an absolutely amazing time in God's Country

Made me realize that there are still wild places out there to be explored.

Thanks for looking! The bow is a 60# predator recurve. Hunted out of a saddle this year and loved it. Good luck to everyone out there. Keep the hunting spirit alive.
