I had 2 shoulder operations within the last year and a half.
I have 2 bows ,both Checkmates ,1 is a one piece and 60 inches long, the other is a T/D and 62 inches long. Both are #50's and have fast flight strings, and now my draw length is 27 1/2 inches long, and I shoot with a tab, split finger. I would like to use 150 grain Stingers ,with aluminum,or carbon arrows, and old Bear greenies,if I'm going to use wood. I need help as to what spine arrows ,I would need using ,wood ,aluminum, and carbon. Using the above info. Thank you Very much for all answers and help.

just a guess but id say full length 400 spine with a 150 grain point might be in the ball park,

What length would you want them (to BOP) for woodies? Won't be too hard to pick 'em.

I think I wood like the woodies to be 28 1/2 to BOP

About wood arrows: I'm gonna say losing a pound or two with a 27 & 1/2" draw , and another couple pounds for a 150 grain head - assuming the bow is cot to center - give you a dynainc spine of around 47 lbs. Add a few for FF string, and you're even - say 50 # dynamic spine. Add a couple punds for 28 & !/2"... = 52-53 lbs.
I'd go for 55/60's if I chose one, and work with it. Could also go, probably, with 50/55's... start with 'em @ 29 or 29 & 1/2", so you have room to tweak.
Just one archer's opinion - I'm sure more will chime in shortly.
( FWIW - I only shoot woodies, out of 45# "hybrid's" ).
