I made an appointment with this guy and he didn't show up .
Rescheduled several times and still no show .
Had over 400 pictures of him on my trail cam
I didn't even get a chance to blow the shot . :dunno:
Guess he was kinda busy all season getting his........ Well, maybe next year. :dunno:
... mike ...
So I guess you'll need to cancel the dinner reservations.
My wife wanted him bad for a full head mount , because she thought the broken rack was unique .
I told her , it looks like knife handles to me .
Kinda tough to fire him...I'd give him another chance or be two.......
He will look good next year! Lol
Kenny :biglaugh:
Yep, he'll look "gooder" next year.
The nerve!! Hahaha. I firmly believe the two bucks that I was chasing this year patterned me more than I did them. Had one head on at 35-40 yards to just have him turn around and walk back to where he came from. Frustrating to say the very least!! But this is why it's call hunting! Oh yeah, i failed to mention that one was about a 160 and the other was about a 200 inch class bucks!! What was even more frustrating was after a morning hunt in the first few days of November, I had the 200 class buck bird dog a doe right through my back yard!! :banghead:
They are like that, I've been stood up too many times by them!

I know your pain all to well!!
:banghead:
That's why it's called hunting......you never can predict what they are going to do next, even when they are predictable on camera. It's great, though, that you can see what's in your area and maybe establish their travel patterns, then set-up accordingly. Good luck and it's great that you'll have something to shoot for next year unless your season isn't over yet and still have a chance at him.
Memories and hope are what make most of us get up early and stay late. Better luck next year. :archer2:
Thats a nice buck graps. Sorry he didn't come to visit.
