I just wanted to let everyone know that later this afternoon I'll be flying to Seattle to record an episode of the Meateater Podcast. I'll be talking about my book (A Traditional Bowhunter's Path) and traditional bowhunting in general...might even get in a plug for TradGang! We'll be recording the episode early this coming week and it will air sometime in January.
Because of my travels, books ordered on www.TraditionalSpiritOutdoors.com (http://www.traditionalspiritoutdoors.com) might take an extra day or two to ship.
Best wishes to everyone.
cool, goodluck to you, let us know if we can hear the podcast
Good luck...

I returned last night from recording the podcast at Steve Rinella's house in Seattle.
We recorded for more than 100 minutes and it went by in such a blur that I can barely remember what we talked about! I know we got off topic a lot and, thinking back on it, I know I missed some good opportunities to say things I should have. Hindsight is 20/20.
Steve really drives the conversation, so you have to run with the topics that he brings up. I felt like I barely scratched the surface of traditional archery/bowhunting, but I think I did a good job of promoting our wonderful sport.
I don't have a date yet, but the podcast should air soon...perhaps even next week.
I just wanted to let everyone know that the Meateater Podcast I recorded earlier this month is now available.
To my knowledge, this is the first time that Steve and his team have featured traditional archery.
If you use the built-in player on the website, you can listen for free without signing up for anything. It's episode 51.
Happy listening and Merry Christmas!
