Well I,m done for the season.............was taking down a treestand and lost my footing and down I went.Wasn,t to high up about 8ft. but broke my wrist on the left hand....could of been worse.Right during the heat-up time.....well things happen I guess now I will have to deal with it...........bummer......no vennie this year.................
Glad you weren't hurt worse. I'd say you were lucky.
Tough break, no pun intended. Heal well!
I would find a way to hunt or at least get out and enjoy the woods. As much as I love trad hunting there are other ways to bring home venison.
Bad luck, indeed. I hope you heal well. Good luck.
Get well soon. I'm glad you weren't hurt worse.
Sorry to hear this Tim......hope you heal up quick.
I did a simular thing years ago now. Broke it in 4 places. Doc put me in an old fashion plaster cast for 6 weeks. What a bummer, could not shoot for 3 months but i did the thepary and have not had any issues since.
Man, what a bummer.
I'm sure you'll find a way to get out and enjoy the woods. I know if it were me, it would be a perfect excuse to warm up the 22 and fill the fryin pan with some of the 1000 squirrels that have invaded the woods I hunt.
Sorry to hear about that! I'm sure you'll heal quickly and be back at it again!
That suck! Hopefully you make this one your one and only lesson needed? ALWAYS stay attached to the tree brother! Glad your ok!
Hope you heal up fast and complete!

Sorry to hear this. Back in 2001 I took my fall. Missed the whole season. Don't rush recovery and hunt smarter in the future.
Hope your return is imminent and you experience a safer hunting future.
glad it wasn't worse. Get well soon. ChuckC
Glad it was not worse than it was. I enjoy using a video camera sometimes as much as the shooting. It is fun to see what wildlife you can video.
Man that sucks!!
Prayers for quick healing!
Oh that sucks. Gravity is no joke.
