Holy cow! If you are going to do this, you ought to at least have a server that can handle it. Wish I had sen it earlier in the morning. I did end up with a beanie and some gloves, but it took two hours of fighting the website to do it.
what's the deal with it wanting you to install Magento? is that just part of the crash? i'm not installing anything!
