Title: Predator Camo
Post by: JLeMieux on October 24, 2016, 10:28:00 PM
I currently have the Natural Gear wind blocker fleece. It's great, but I want to change over to a Predator pattern. Which jacket/pants in the Predator line would you say were comparable in wind blocking but isn't too bulky? This will be used as my outer layer for bow hunting in 20-40 degree weather.

You will want to go with the G2 series I would think. Let us know if you have any questions

I figured it would be that or the heavy weight fleece.

Not trying to high jack but  I was wondering how does the high plains series compare to the g2? Also how do the sizes run in these?

They are designed for different hunting styles but they can crossover some. The G2 was designed more for treestands warm dry and wind resitant. The High Plains is a a 4 way stretch material water proof and wind resistant but made more for walking  very breathable material. both fit very true to size

I ordered the G2 set from David. Can't wait to try them in Ks in a couple weeks.

The heavy weight fleece, while nice and warm, is a tad bulky.  The recommended G2 will probably be what you are looking for.

Nice choice, and if I had taken the 5 extra seconds to read your last post I wouldn't have needed to give you the excellent information on the fleece!!
