Just to try something new I ordered a pack of the 1 1/4" 200 grain three blades. Id try the big jim heads but theyre too expensive for me. So what have your experiences been?
I shoot the 200 gr. VPA's and I think they are a good head.
I think they are great heads. I normally shoot 3 blade 175 grain VPAs, they sharpen easily, spin true and fly well. They work well for me.
David
I shoot the 200 grain 3 blades. I like them.

Couple of pictures from this season. There are a lot of good heads out there, but I'm not changing!!!
250 grain screw in 3 blades...easy to sharpen and fly great! Also shooting the Cutthroat 250 grain 2 blade single bevel made by VPA for RMSG. VPA is a great company with customer service that is second to none!!
250 gr 3 blade. Bad medicine for wapiti and whitetail
They are my favorite 3-blade!!! You can't go wrong with VPA.
Great heads, much blood....
I am shooting the 200s 3 blades

are those the short version?
Been shooting the single bevel 250 screw ins they make fro RMSG. I like them a lot so far.
Difficult To beat these BHs.
Daniel, yes they are a little shorter than the 175 grain 1 1/8. I shoot both, but the 1 1/4 are my favorite.

awesome! I got some a couple of years back and plan on using them some time soon. Mine are also the 1.25" ones.
They are devastating!!
Shoot with confidence.
They have been good to me :bigsmyl:
I think this will be my 4th or 5th season shooting them
175 gr 1 1/8"
I've used the 3 blade both in the glue on and screw in.
I think they're great.
I shot them last winter and shot a hog and a javelin. Both were perfect hits I found the arrow from the javelin and the broad head was unscrewed never seen it again . On the hog, when I pulled out the arrow there was no head on the shaft, later I went through the lungs and blood clots and found the head, it had broken off behind the blades in front of the threads and the head was as dull as a butter knife !It would shave hair when it left my bow. These were the custom heads with the little arrow head silhouette cut through the blades very expensive. I went back to my WW and Razorheads when something works good for you you shoulnt change.
I don't know why Javelina came out javelin that's not how I typed it.
I shoot the VPA 150's...the 2 and the 3 blade shoot the same for me in multiple bows. This buck was with a 3 blade 150 1 1/4"
Edit; can't post pics from my computer- sorry
Only shot a bear with one...did a good job...right now I am hunting with 175 grain Penetrators, 175 grain Terminators, 250 grain Penetrators and 250 grain Terminators...you might get the impression I like the VPA broadheads...and you would be right

160 glue ons are my go to head.
190 gr. heads shot great for me!
I'm shooting the 200gr 3 blades also. It is by far my favorite head.
A personal favorite of mine as well. Excellent heads.
I shoot the 3 blade 200s and the 250s Great heads. I have one of the short stubby 200 grain heads I found on an old bloody arrow in the woods. sharpened it right up and put it through a goat on the next trip out.
They work very well.
Love em' easy to sharpen and fly true for me! 175grain 1 1/4" are my go to
I use the 250 grn and the 300 grn 3 blade. Love these broadheads.
I use the 175gr 3 blade screw in. Never a problem..
Shooting the 200gr 2 blades this year for the first time. Hopefully I can let you know how they do.
Also trying their small game head out. So far, just a swing and a miss on a squirrel. Not sure if I missed, or the squirrel just got out of the way. Lol
I shoot the 250 gr Terminator 1 1/4" out of most of my bows, but my MOABs love the 300 gr Big Jim Big-3... Great heads!
I've been shooting the 200 grain 3 blades for about 5 years, indestructible!
