Title: Row Boat Hunting?
Post by: Ted A. Young on October 24, 2007, 09:47:00 AM
Does any one have any experience in row boat hunting in the woods.  I have 3.1" of rain in my rain gage in the last 36 hours.  I may have questions for you!

I know your pain. We have had the wettest Oct. on record here in western Iowa. It shure beats wild fires or drought.

I used to float hunt small rivers and creeks with my 11ft. Jon Boat.

Use a canoe paddle and sit in the rear seat.

G'day Ted, that's not heavy rain mate, that's just a few showers. When I lived in Airlie Beach in North Queensland we had 24 inches in 24 hours.
Take care of yourself Cobber...Glenn...

Glenn dog gone your ole Aussie hind!  How the heck have you been.  When are you coming back to US so Dean can show you off again and come to an OSTA shoot??  24" in 24 hr's.  Yipes!  That's not rain, that's a flood!!!!

Broadheads from a boat?  Hopefully not the kind that goes through the bottom and sinks it!  :^)

Ted I will be back as soon as I can ole mate, I really had a good time over there with all of you blokes, even though I have to be on my guard when Dean is around. In Deans company I'm a bit like a mistreated dog on a chain that gets kicked every time someone comes near him, I'm always having a quick look over each shoulder whenever I can't see him. It was all good fun though...Glenn...
