There was another post about how to load up a kill by yourself and I wanted to share with all what I have been using. I bought the hoist/lift from Harbour Freight for around 75.00 on sale and I really like it. I wanted mainly to be able to hang and gut/clean before I take home. I also installed a RV water pump in my tool box with a new (never used) boat gas tank that holds 6 gallons of water, so I can also clean/wash the animal. Take a look. I shot this monster the other day and I had zero problems loading it up. Enjoy.

Never loaded pigs, but have put tons of elk into pick up beds. Any more I skin and quarter them before they ever go in the truck.
Gilbert good job I have killed only one hog that made the 300 lb.wgt but like the small ones better.I see you are still using a Bob Lee myself also.I like the winch and boom and water for the hog and yourself if camping.Kip
Congratulations on the big hog! Can you show us some pics of your setup?
Thanks Kip, Its my first 300lb er. I really like the water set up. It comes in handy in so many ways.
Shed, do u mean my bow set up? I will have to look for pics. But Im shooting a bob lee 60@28 with a full length 340 shaft tipped with a 200 grain grizzly, 125 grain bh adapter and 100 grain brass insert. About 725 grains total arrow weight.

:clapper: Thats an awesome hog Gilbert! Congrats on both a fabulous hog, and the very efficient lift system! Thats more my style, and what im talkin about. Great job!
Congrats on your hog, It sounds like your hoist/water set up is pretty slick.
 good rig!
Sorry I was referring to your hoist and watering set up. I should have specified. Dang that's a heavy arrow. I bet that Bob Lee spits them arrows down range in a hurry. Plus we wanna see so of your,Bob Lee pics also.
Excellent...thank you for sharing.
