Had 3 granddaughters down for a celebration. We grilled out, set off some fireworks, but the kids liked shooting the best. The yard is now full of balloon debris and parts of water bottles and plastic golf balls. They like "trick shooting" the best.

That's fantastic! I wish more of the shoots ive been to had balloon shoots! I save water bottles to shoot with judos in my yard. My daughter drinks little short ones I pretend are frogs, and the tall bottles are squirrels/bunnies in my mind. Great disposable targets to toss out and shoot and kids love em! My 4 year old loves watching me kill water bottles! What a grew way to spend the fourth!

It's hard to beat the fun of shooting "things" in the back yard. I like the plastic golf balls too. They are bright white and any hit but straight on will send them flying to a new position for the next shot. I like setting the golf balls on the top (opening) of an empty water bottle and try shooting the ball off without knocking the bottle over. TOUGH!

We also took turns shooting a lighted nock at a hay bale about 65 yards away. That's fun just at dusk.

My 4th was spent introducing three people to archery, my neighbor and her son and his cousin. They had noticed the targets in my front orchard and asked if I would show them how to shoot. The mother was the best of the three, to her delight. Mine too.
