These skinny buggers are hard to hit (for me). He never heard it coming    :bigsmyl:

Wow , that brings back memories .
I haven't bow fished sense the late 70s .

Yeah, about my 20th.....I know all about refraction and all, but I am the WORST fish shooter alive. I missed a carp the size of a young manatee last night...

Nice! I've been wondering where all the bowfishers have been!

Ray, I just figured he hit it right at sunset and had to trail it in the dark!

Roger's a very good tracker, but I can see he had a string tracker involved on this kill recovery.    ;)

Nicely done Roger.

 I still have yet to sink an arrow into one of those.  It's similar to hitting an arrow, with another arrow.

I shoot at a knot in a 2x2 board in front of my hay bale for practice... it's hard to hit without any refraction!
