Title: Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear
Post by: sveltri on June 17, 2016, 10:47:00 AM
I have been a customer for about 4 years now.  My first experience was with Tom, ended up staying well past closing time, on what had been a very busy Saturday.  (I know because I was there the entire day)  The customer service, attention to detail, and just plain genuine welcomness bar had been set very high.  Over the years I have had opportunities to work with almost everyone who has worked there.  It wasn't a fluke that day with Tom, Tommy and Danny are top notch as well, which is to be expected.  This past weekend I was helped by a different employee, Paul.  Well the standard seems to bleed over to everyone there because nothing had changed.  They just plain take care of their customers.  A recent, huge expansion would have certainly allowed for a little dip in customer service while getting all the bugs worked out, but there was none.  Keep up the good work guys, you are a model for all.

The new facility and recently expanded shop is awesome! Lots of shooting lanes and much more space for retail sales and many, many used and new bows for sale. Great place, great guys and great service.

I agree.  RMS Gear is an awesome shop run by fantastic people.  The new shop has A TON of bows to browse and their indoor range is top notch.  Its too bad I feel like I'm being punished for something whenever a find myself in Denver, or the surrounding front range area.

If I would have stayed put for 30 years I would live right behind them, my first apartment was on Jellison st just below 44th in the 80's. I left town in '96.
