I know at only 1 1/2 years old he is way to young and can not even pull his bow back but he understands the concept and tries to put and arrow on the string. he insist on wearing his quiver both in and out of the house. I have NEVER pushed him in the direction of anything he has not wanted to do, he often watches me shoot and tries to pull my arrows out of the target for me. he just seems drawn to archery without my encouragement. I want to again thank WoodChucker for such a fine gift of bow, arrows and quiver!

Very nice....
Cool......
That's just awesome. Nothing better than spending time with your kids. Enjoy it cause they grow up too fast.
Can't beat that!
Way to start em' young.
A boy his bow and arrows and dog. Yep that's my childhood in a nutshell. Great pictures.
My nephews are very similar. They have grown up watching me and my brothers shoot. They have the fire for shooting and every time I'm around them we shoot.
Too Darn cute Ken.
My Granddaughter is only 20 months old, I already have her a bow.
:campfire: :archer:
Fine looking boy there, you are a lucky man.
Good stuff Ken!!!
What a great way to share the flame!
I had my granddaughter trying to shoot at age 4. She's 5 now and loves shooting with grandpa and Daddy.
Great pics. That is what being a Dad is all about. Plant the seed now and you will have a hunting buddy for life!
My 2 and 4 yr. olds love their Black Rhino longbow too.
A very lucky man!
Way cool.
Good looking boy!! Doesn't get any better than that! !!
He looks ready to go hunting!
I remember those days. Happy times!
i'm just so happy my boy loves the great outdoors, I could deal with him not hunting, fishing or other sports but I had just been so worried that he would not want to enjoy the great outdoors. first thing he does when he gets up and looks for his shoes and brings them to me.
Good stuff Ken!
That is absolutely awesome. My son is 16 months and he's obsessed with my bow. As soon as he starts walking a little better he'll get his own.
:bigsmyl:
Never really had to worry, Brother... It's in his Blood!!!!! :archer:
That's cool stuff Ken.
That's awesome!! My older daughter is 4 and wants a real bow like daddy so we can shoot a bear! She says "daddy, don't shoot little animals...shoot the big ones!
Nice! Start em young! I did, and now mine are 17, and 26....both shooting longbows to this day!
Aren't those Newfoundlands?
Great pics Ken!! Don't think you had anything to worry about him wanting to enjoy the great outdoors. He just wants to spend time with his hero, you!! Isn't it great!!
yes they are Newfoundlands in the picture, the white and black one is Walter but from day one Ari started calling him Bud for whatever reason and Walter does listen to both names he is inseparable from my boy!
... ...
That's a fantastic companion for your boy!! I like the black and white one, didn't know they came in any color but black. Ken, for some reason I always pictured you living in a cabin up on a hill. I guess I got the hill part right! That's a beautiful view and you are doing a great job raising that boy!!
