I am sure this has been discussed time and time again but I haven't been able to find the answer through search and the arrow calculators. I think my main problem is that I flat over think things and make it far to complicated. Anyhow here goes:
My specs Black Widow 62" Long Autumn Gray Long Bow
45lbs @ 28" Draw Weight
Factory FF string and
Silencers
7.5" Brace Height
Tie on nock point
My draw 27.75"
I want to shoot around 200grs up front and am undecided whether to go with a 150 or 250 Carbon express heritage or the Gold tip equivalent. I am thinking somewhere around 30" Bop length, full length would be ok too. :banghead:

I'm thinking .500 spine shaft? You should be at about 44# actual draw weight. You will have to leave them pretty long, but only tuning will tell you exactly how long.

I'm with Bisch on this one, perhaps 30" w/200gr would work but leave em full length to start.

Thank You, I was leaning towards .500 spine just needed that little nudge.

yup i agree a 500 spine if left long. buy full length and tune them from there.
