Bought a Bear SK from BigJims this past December and loved it. However I noticed a 1/2 inch vertical crack developed on face of upper limb. Called Big Jims and Debbie had Bear representative Jody Glenn call me back with clear, simple instructions on how to proceed. He was a pleasure to deal with! I received a new replacement bow in about a week! I even spoke to his supervisor JR and told him of the great experience. Thanks Big Jims and Bear archery!
