Hello does anybody want to do a get together hunt next season or have any ideas? please let me know.

Depending on the specifics, I'd be up for it. More notice, the better as far as work goes.
Georgia public land hogs is an idea.

how many days you looking to do mark? if im going to do it im doing it right for 5 days. Prices there are very reasonable as well. It is awhile away but best to plan ahead.

I hunted it when it was hog heaven and the property was huge lots of places to wander off.

I have hunted Wild Things for the past 7 years or so be there 10 times so far heading back next spring, it is an outstanding place. Andrew the owner is fantastic. You will have a blast.

Been there 3 times now..the last time was with Doug G and we did have a blast. A couple guys got some hogs too. It's a great place to hunt. I generally go in January...will be looking at the schedule soon

A lot of hunts have been organized on Pow Wow over the years, including more than a couple to Wild Things.
Andrew runs the Wild Things website off my server, so I sometimes know a bit about what is coming up. Andrew plans to publish the 2016-2017 schedule by May 1st. All the hunt dates and open bunk counts will be online soon.
Also there will be three $250 gift certificates in the St Judes auction again this year!
Looks like a busy week/weekend coming up!

If you want to do a group in Texas for hogs. I can take groups up to 6 for the Martindale Ranch hunt. This is great Texas hunting for hogs and exotics.
The hunts are three days camping on the ranch with no limit on hogs for 600.00 you can take Blackbuck or Axis deer on a trophy fee as well.
I have taken many many hogs of this ranch over the years.

If you are talking about 2017, I'd be interested too. Wild Things sounds like a fun hunt. Already have an elk hunt scheduled for this September, so this year is out.

I'm bumping this back up because I'm still Interested in going down,, I'm interested in the Hogs only not the turkey/hogs combo dates.

I will be there in Feb for my tenth hunt. I really love the place and am anxious to see my good friend again.

what about May, I hunted there before in May with Ray Hammond and the conditions where pretty good just getting a tad warm mid morning but tolerable, bugs no problem as long as the thermocell didn't die.
there is 8 bunks open the last week of April but I don't know who the other people are and plus I might sleep in my car if got to bed exhausted then I could be a snorer ha ha ,,, I don't have an issue with strangers but it would be cool if its all Trad Gang People.

If you don't mind driving a bit Kyle, we have a trad get together every January here in NJ during our winter bow. I'm sure you'd be more than welcome. The date is movable depending on the weather and everyone's schedule. PM me if interested.
