I can't get within 20 yards of a grouse around here. Some looked like 10 foot shots - sweet!

I was thinkin' the same thing watching that! Those sure weren't heavily hunted Ruffed Grouse from Minnesota!

Nice little video....I think I'd add a couple of rubber blunts to my arsenal though.

I agree. They definitely aren't ruffed grouse. Them is some dumb birds.

I have always been a fan of his videos. I had not seen that one before so thanks for posting it.

It would be fun to hunt birds that sit long enough to shoot at. Around here I am fortunate to hear 3 or 4 flush a year, seldom see them though.

He had a earlier video where he didn't hit a thing. It looks like he got a lot better. I think it was a three or four year spread,I guess that's what practice will do.

As others have said the frying pan part made me hungry,and he does have a pretty cool dog.

I would love to go on a hunt like that, I may need to look in to Northern MN or WI to see what I can find for birds.
