So I have been bouncing around a new one or two piece longbow to have built..
I know Dan will wrap a thumb rest bow but can't say that I have ever seen one???

TD Classic Whip HS, sorry but this doesn't have the thumb rest.

I've done it before but can't seem to find a picture. It really looks just like the classic once you put leather on it.
here is a Cari-bow with a thumb rest. will try and get a pic of my whip with beaver tail on a thumb rest.

I wrap my whip grip with cloth camo tape works great and just change it out when I want. I have the takedown so the tape allows me to get the grip I want and still utilize the takedown.

As someone who tries to make bows once in a while, I am always blown away when I see one of these. Just crazy how he matches the limb wedges to the riser flare.
