This is my 52" hunting setup, one of them anyway. I wanted to show our new Max4 limbs. I did Chrono work on it this morning, 48.2# at 26" 434 gr arrow (9GPP)190.8 fps. back limbs off to 44# @ 26" my hunting arrows 535 gr. 12 gpp and was getting 168-169 fps. I bet snakeskins would dress it up.

Yep pretty ugly bows . If you want to you can hide them at my place. Nice set ups and far from ugly.
Bob, you know I've been a big fan of your bows for years. I have a couple sets of the earlier Max limbs, how do the new ones differ from the earlier models?
Roy
Very nice curves in the right place and good speeds, nice job.
Nice.....very respectable speeds for the arrow weight and draw length.
Roy, there is 1" more in the curve than Max1,A new Carbon layup, the shape is a little different also. A little faster.Very stable quiet limb. We are making these here in my Sons shop.

Nice set up Mr. Bob
Really nice Bob. I've owned one of your ILF wood risers for several years and they are beautiful. Does the Max4 design react like a longer bow when drawn as far as angle on the string?
Nick lookin' sticks!
Bisch
Any of our Max limb designs will get you about 2 more inches of draw.
That's moving along pretty quick for a 26" draw. It would be interesting to see the numbers at 9 gpp @ 28" draw.
Jim, I have a set of Mediums that are 53# @ 28" That get one more coat of finish, I should pick them up Monday. I'll run them at 28" and 30" and see what we get.
This will be interesting.

Been waiting for these bad boys they look great Bob !!!!
No makes a better limb I'm my opinion
That's a beauty of a rig Bob. It's no joke those limbs are quiet either. I have max 1's with yarn puffs and they are as quiet as my longbows.
Nice curvacious limbs Bob.I like the looks,Good to see your still innovating and building bows.
That is excellent performace at 26" and 9 GPP.
Just got a look at my new riser and can't wait to get the limbs for it.
So glad your back in the shop Bob not a better bowyer out there.
Very nice!!
hey Bob, are the Max4's as torsionally stable as the Max1?
I feel they are more stable, It is a new carbon layup.
