I want to start with a special thanks to Mike at Maddog Archery, BudB, and Mike's Archery Leather for putting such an awesome giveaway together with the TGMM Family.
On Valentine's Day, my son Mason, won the Maddog Pup longbow. To say he was excited is a vast understatement. The bow showed up here for him last Wednesday.
Many of you have seen the "annual" hunting trip I post about each year that I take Mason out into the woods carrying our bows while I do my best to teach him this game and fan the flames of his very own fire of hunting adventure.
He's been shooting a long bow since he was 3 and he's pretty good. He had outgrown his little 11# black rhino and his 5 year old sister has taken claim to that bow. This was perfect timing!!!!
In keeping with the tradition of this giveaway program here are some pictures of him shooting his brand new Maddog Pup. The bow is 25# and is the perfect upgrade in size for him. This bow will last him years and shoots really great. The arrows shoot fantastic, and we were able to quickly tune them to beautiful flight.

To make things even cooler - I recently bought my first Maddog bow a few months ago on the classifieds here. It's a 53#, 57" Prairie Predator. The bows are almost identical in look and color. That just makes it all the sweeter, as now Mason has a bow "just like Dad's." Very cool!

Here's one final shot of us all shooting this afternoon. My 5 year old daughter, Maddie; my 8 year old son Mason; and their 35 year old Dad.

That's terrific! Congratulations. Nice looking bow too. Put a picture of that young man on the Shooter's Form Forum = How you do it. :archer2:
His form is much better than mine too! Inside of 10 yards - he shoots just as good as I do as well!!!
This bow really shoots hard compared to his last one (the one my daughter now shoots). It's a real performer!
