Title: "Half Ton" LBR
Post by: DanielB89 on March 01, 2016, 09:39:00 AM
At spring fling this past weekend I got to see my buddy, Chad Weaver.  Though he isn't much to look at, he is a great guy!

One thing you'll notice about him right away is his passion for bow strings.  He loves selling people quality materials(i'm thankful for that).  He had a chair he told me Roger, from BCY, purchased him for a show.  I think the chair explains it well...

Thought this was too funny not to share!

I'll bet Chad will be wearing that chair at the Tenn. Classic in a few months. Looking forward to seeing that big ole bear then. He's always a hoot!

I have this odd thing, I only use 5/16 original mercury nocks and they have to fit just so or I get distracted when I shoot.  All of our bows have strings made by him, and those nocks fit those strings perfect every time.   I am sure I irritate the crap out of him how I go about making orders, but it is good to put a face on the person that helps me have success on deer and small game.

Thanks for the good word men!

That chair was bought for me as a joke (long story), but it actually is very comfortable.  Little kids lay down in it like it's a loveseat.

I've been privileged to know Chad for many years.  He is a true Southern Gentleman that I'm proud to call a friend.  My wife and I both think very highly of him, and would vouch for him any day.  You can't do business with a better man.

I will echo all the positive comments about Chad. Great person that enjoys building bowstrings. He is always willing to help and never to busy to talk. Thanks Chad.

I'm gonna have to get Chad to show me that trick. He might need a little Evan Williams first.
