His member handle on here is "Dave2old."  No idea if you can buy straight from him.

You can contact Dave here on the tradgang site. I would suggest leaving a post for him. I will also let him know to check the site. He is my favorite author and a regular visitor on the "tradgang".

Best, Peter

All his books except his new one, "A Man Made of Elk", are available via Amazon, Borders. Barnes&Noble, etc. The new one can be ordered through TBM. I reccomend reading them all.

I've not read his books, but have enjoyed his articles. Do his books contain a mixture of bowhunting stories, philosophy and conservation? I might have to add them, or at least one to begin with, to my library.

I've only read Hunter's Heart and it was a compilation of OTHER authors. (Jimmy Carter among others) Not quite what I expected, but a pleasant surprise. Well worth the time...

Daves books are a wonderful mix of philosophy, hunting, nostalgia, science and all around just great reading. I highly reccomend any of his books to both bowhunters and non-hunters. I have given Daves books to friends as gifts for years and they are always well recieved.

Dave is a terrifc author and I think you'll love his work!
