Is there anyone out there that has put Longbow limbs on a hoyt buffalo, can it be done? If so could you post a picture. Thanks alot brandon
The Hoyt Buffalo has a proprietary limb connection that will make it hard to do longbow limbs.
It could be done but would be a one off type of design and likely costly.

didn't Uukha make Formula-ILF adapters or some such? It would also be a question of riser deflex vs pad angle. might end up with crazy BH to get em stable if pad angles arent steep enough?? Would be nice though.
Uukha's adapter is only for their limbs and won't fit correctly with other manufactures limbs.
Mike
Uukha doesn't make longbow limbs either.
Thanks alot guys looks like I was just dreaming lol
Border and Sky may be able to help you, but it won't be cheap. :^)
Yeah that's what I figured.

10-4 Mike I was wondering about that. Just know I saw some adapters like that on TTalk sometime ago.
I don't know why other limbs won't fit into the Uuhka adapters and I've never seen one. I'm thinking the width of the limb is the problem. I'm wondering if they could be adapted to other ILF limbs.
Anyone own the adapter and Uuhka limbs?
The bottom of the Uuhka limb on the butt end is very unique compared to other ILF limbs.
The point is if you want an ILF bow you need to get an ILF riser. The Buffalo is not an ILF riser.

I just ordered a Buffalo from my dealer. I wish Hoyt would offer a longbow limb, because I'm mostly a longbow guy, but I'll just shoot it as it is.
