Title: New bow is here-Toelke Whip HS Apache

Dan shipped my new Toelke Whip HS Apache to me, got it last night!!!

64" 50# @29.5 Myrtle limb veneers, bocote and phenolic on the riser. 2 piece takedown. Shoots really well, haven't tried to tune yet as I'm shooting the string in. 

Really quiet, smooth and fast!

Nice! Got those same quilted myrtle veneers coming on a super D in a few weeks. Beautiful bow!

It shoots a lot better than it looks!

About 200 shots through it, enough to break in the string. Time to figure out brace height, tune and fletch up the rest of my arrows, then 3d league tomorrow night

There aren't many things that make me happier than opening up a tube with a brand new Toelke bow inside. Enjoy your tuning. Should be pretty easy with a Whip. Beautiful bow!

I have an apache also. After the initial tuning (which took some getting used to) I'm finally starting to like shooting this bow and it's getting just as accurate if not more than my recurve and my other longbow. Needless to say I'm spending more time with the toelke whip these days.

Who knows I'll probably take the whip to the woods this year!

Got the arrows trimmed to shoot the 175 grain heads (VPA 3 blade, Ribtek and Eclipse on adapters) and it shoots a beautiful arrow!
