What do you have? Most of the offerings I see are like rain gear and too loud. I want something quiet, with ventilation, doesn't have to be waterproof. Under 120 bucks would nice.

I don't know if it would be what you are looking for but the best piece of clothing I have owned for bowhunting is a Filson vest. It's great in cool weather and works well under a jacket for extra warmth. The weave is so tight that it is almost wind proof and has good hand warmer pockets.
-
I have seen the Asbell stuff. They look great, but as far as I can they breathe but do not have dedicated ventilation.
-
anyone try stormkloth II jacket, seems to be fit some of the criteria I mentioned? 90 bucks.
-
pit zips can be added to anything

this is an excellent option from a tradgang sponsor-
http://www.tusxhunter.com/resources/boulder-hardfleece-jacket-resource-information.html
http://www.tusxhunter.com/apparel/upper-body/boulder-hardfleece-jacket
fits all your criteria- pit zips, super quiet, under your budget and it is far better than just decent.
also, if the washington you are from is the state, it will be very well suited to the wet environment there. it drys really fast.

Thanks ozzy those look promising. Ha are there hunters in DC? I don't envy those poor sods.

Little more then you wanted to spend but I love the Kenai jacket from Kuiu. Not water proof at all but great for most applications.

you may notice on the kuiu kenai jacket mentioned that the handwarmer pockets are located right where a backpack waist belt would sit, effectively making them unusable when you have a pack on, which for me personally, is almost all the time.
it is the complete functionality of the tusx gear that IMO sets it amongst the best there is.

My favorite so far has been the Sitka 90% jacket. You really can wear it for 90% of everything, or at least I can

Thanks for the info and Ideas!

We carry this from Predator Camo

Sitka gear 90% Jacket is an awesome piece of clothing. I have been using it for the past 7 years for whitetails and elk. Perfect for as they say 90% of the time. I where it from SEP on Until it gets below 25 then the wool comes out.
