I think I remember reading a thread where he was not going to make bows anymore? If you do a search, you should be able to find more info.

I just found this in a thread from Sept by the owner of Timberghost:

Sorry guys, been meaning to post something. It's been kind of a rough summer. Found out I needed a biopsy right before I left for my bear hunt and then found out that I had prostate cancer after I got back in early June. Since it was the type that could be aggressive I had surgery late last month. That went great, looks like it was contained, had not spread and the recovery is going great. Cancer really puts everything into perspective and made me realize that working full time and building bows just doesn't leave enough time for family. I was already cutting back some but have now decided that I'm either going to try to take on a partner or just build bows as I have time and offer those for sale as they're available. I really appreciate all the support My bows have had from TradGang folks. Not going to quit building bows but at least for now won't be taking any custom orders. Still got a couple orders to fill and we'll see what happens after that. I'll definitely let everyone know if and when that changes. In the meantime, if I do have stock bows available they'll be posted here.
Thanks
Kent

He is a sponser here and his website is still up.
I shot his pass around bow some years back. I think there was a post but it was a least 5 years ago. I shot the bow good but I did not care for the big riser. Since then I think he starting making a one piece.

Wolfman
I'll still be building some bows to sell as stock when I have time, just not taking any custom orders at this time. If you'd like I can let you know when I have something available.
Thanks

I have shot one of his "pass-a-rounds". Was really impressed with the way it pointed. His later riser designs on the three piece curves is (to me) a lot prettier.

That is a beauty Guss, wish it were a hybrid and longer. Hopefully I will get a call some day from Kent as I should be on his call list. Hope he is still doing well after his tough time. Keep your chin up Kent.

So glad that Kent is doing well health-wise.  I live just up the highway in Rogers, AR.  I definitely need to try one of those bows out -- no question they look great!

Love mine!  Guss does indeed have a slick one listed. My number one, go-to bow.

Kent built me a Figured Bubinga TimberGhost a couple of years ago and it shoots great.

It is also the prettiest bow I own.

I'm really glad I have it.

And I'm glad his health is improving.

A most attractive, forgiving and exceedingly applicable design for the hunter.

I shot Friends bow last year at the KyTrad Fest. Wonderful shooter. I'd really like to have one someday.

I have just gotten into traditional archery again and Timberghost was on my short list when I was shopping. I wanted something local (I live in Fayetteville, AR) and something with a good reputation. When I was buying I couldn't get a custom order, so I went with a Super Cobra Jet by Dean Hogue. Good bow too, but a Timberghost was my #1 choice. I'd love to own one someday if I can find one.
