Title: Frozen Straw Arrow thief.
Post by: Msturm on December 22, 2015, 07:20:00 PM
Made it back to Alaska for the holidays. Shooting the hay bale at 30 yards. I got three arrows stuck and can't pull them.

I will wait till it warms up. Its -3*F outside.  I guess sometimes you just shouldn't practice.    :biglaugh:

Had that happen some years back at our range. It was 22degrees one morning and the bales were froze from rain a few days before. The alum were tough to pull, 2 of us pulling, but the carbons waited till the sun came around later.

Its a good thing your hands wasnt wet when went through to pull them arrows out. You would to wait until it warms up for you to let go of them.
