Idaho Bear Hunting Guide

First non-resident guided bear hunt for my son and I. We're looking for recommendations from first hand experience on a reputable guide with a well run service. Can you offer recommendations?
Any advise would be appreciated.

Sorry I have never used an outfitter here. I have heard good things about Russell Pond Outfitters but that was a while back.
